This custom project is was layered and complex, and was a total design and build. It required removing stairwell walls, to be replaced by a custom rail system. In the basement, we recessed the utilities in order to provide a closed ceiling. Custom trim details, a wet bar, plus an expansive climate-controlled wine cellar make this a one of a kind renovation.
