From a screened-in porch, rotted out over time with a screen in dire need of repair, NOLA Handy was able to remove and replace all the rotted boards, then prime, paint, and caulk the edges to prevent future water intrusion, finishing with a brand-new screen for the client!

Facing a tight one-week turnaround, NOLA Handy removed the existing countertop and installed custom drop-in units for this hair salon. We completed the plumbing for both chairs, installed two new cabinets, and repurposed the existing base cabinet by rearranging its doors and staining the openings to blend seamlessly

The wooden posts on this home had reached the end of their lifespan. NOLA Handy replaced the rotted front deck posts and a back porch support. We also installed a brand-new hot water heater to replace the client’s 20+ year-old unit. To protect the home’s wood foundation, we redirected the downspouts away from the house and regraded the exterior to prevent water from flowing toward the foundation in the future!
