This project was a total renovation, inside and out. Behind the walls, upgraded electric and plumbing bring things up to date. A slight modification to the layout in the kitchen enhances the space for a more modern feel. The basement was reframed and refinished to provide more versatility in how it could be used. Outside, new siding and painted brick added instant curb appeal. Plus, the reconstructed deck and added stairs bring a ton of utility and outdoor living to the property.
